YU Sleep is advertised with a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, per the guarantee badge included with the product's own marketing materials. We recommend confirming the exact current terms directly at checkout before ordering, including the return window and whether shipping costs are refundable.
Contact YU Sleep's official customer support directly — not this website — with your order details, within the guarantee window confirmed at your time of purchase.
Calendar your deadline the day your order arrives. This is the single most practical thing you can do to protect your guarantee.
